The MCP server
Pretty Invites runs a public, read-only MCP (Model Context Protocol) server. Through it, an AI assistant can look up prices, invitation styles, the steps to create an invitation, guides and the FAQ, straight from the data published on the site.
- Endpoint:
/mcp - Transport: Streamable HTTP, stateless, JSON responses
- Authentication: None
- Protocol versions: 2025-11-25, 2025-06-18, 2025-03-26
- Name:
com.pretty-invites/pretty-invites
Connect
Add the server to your MCP client (Claude, Cursor, VS Code and others) as a remote HTTP server:
{
"mcpServers": {
"pretty-invites": {
"type": "http",
"url": "https://pretty-invites.com/mcp"
}
}
}curl -sS https://pretty-invites.com/mcp \
-H 'Content-Type: application/json' \
-H 'Accept: application/json, text/event-stream' \
-d '{"jsonrpc":"2.0","id":1,"method":"tools/list"}'Tools

get_faq | The homepage FAQ: what is included, how guests confirm, payment, privacy. |
Machine-readable files
- MCP Server Card: server identity, transport and protocol versions
- MCP Server Card (well-known): the same document, at the path scanners request
- AI Catalog: points clients at the Server Card
- llms.txt: the site in brief, with every public page
- llms-full.txt: every FAQ and guide, as Markdown
- Homepage as Markdown: or the homepage with Accept: text/markdown
- Sitemap: every indexable URL
What is not available
There is no REST API or SDK, and the MCP server cannot create, pay for or send invitations on anyone's behalf. The user makes the invitation in the browser, in their own account: an agent can hand them the right links, which the tools return.
