Terms of Service

By using Pretty Invites, you agree to these terms. They govern your use of our digital invitation, RSVP, seating and budget planning services and set out the responsibilities of both users and the platform.

1. Who we are

Pretty Invites (pretty-invites.com) is a service provided by PRETTY INVITES S.R.L.(“we”):

2. Accepting these terms

By using Pretty Invites you accept these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service. Guests who only open an invitation and reply don't need an account; the sections on content, acceptable use and liability apply to them where relevant.

3. What we offer

Pretty Invites helps you create digital invitations for weddings and other events, send each guest household a personal link, collect RSVPs, plan seating and budget, and gather your guests' photos in an album. Some features use artificial intelligence (for example to generate the design, texts or the invitation film). Free and paid features are described in the app before you pay.

4. Your account

  • You must be at least 16 to create an account.
  • Your account details must be accurate. You are responsible for what happens in your account; keep access secure and tell us if you suspect unauthorised use.
  • You can invite co-hosts; they will see and be able to change the event and its guest list.

5. Prices, payment and refunds

Paid features are bought with a one-time payment, per event; there is no subscription. The final price is the one shown on the payment page. Payments are processed by Stripe. Your right of withdrawal and refunds are explained in our Refund and cancellation policy.

6. Your content

  • The texts, photos and other material you upload remain yours. You give us a non-exclusive, free right to store, process and display them only as needed to run the service (for example so guests can see the invitation).
  • You confirm you have the right to use what you upload, including photos of other people.
  • For the guest data you add, you decide what to enter and why; we process it on your behalf to send invitations and collect RSVPs, as described in our Privacy policy. Add only the data you need for the event.
  • Anyone with an invitation's link can open it. Don't share the link with people you don't want to invite.

7. What you must not do

  • use the service for content that is illegal, offensive, misleading or infringes others' rights;
  • send unsolicited messages (spam) through invitations;
  • try to access accounts or data that aren't yours, get around technical limits or disrupt the service;
  • copy or resell the service or our templates without our written permission.

We may remove content that breaks these rules and suspend the account, with prior notice where appropriate.

8. AI-generated content

AI-generated texts and images are suggestions. They may contain mistakes or resemble other works; please check them before sending them to your guests. Don't submit data to AI features that you don't want processed for that purpose.

9. Availability and changes to the service

We work to keep Pretty Invites available at all times, but there may be interruptions for maintenance or for reasons outside our control. We may improve or change features; we won't remove a feature you paid for for an event before that event's date without offering an alternative or a proportional refund.

10. Liability

We are liable for harm caused intentionally or through gross negligence, and nothing here limits your rights under consumer protection law. Otherwise, our liability for an event is limited to the amount you paid for that event. We are not responsible for content uploaded by users or for third-party services (for example WhatsApp or your email provider).

11. Closing your account

You can close your account at any time through our data request form or by email; we delete data as described in the Privacy policy. We may close an account that seriously breaches these terms, with notice, unless the law or other users' safety requires us to act immediately.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Romanian law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the law of the country where you live. We try to resolve any problem amicably; write to us at hello@pretty-invites.com. You can also contact ANPC (anpc.ro) or use alternative dispute resolution (SAL). Unresolved disputes go to the competent Romanian courts or, for consumers, to the courts where they live if the law allows.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will tell you about significant changes in advance, on the site or by email. Current version: 2026-10-14.1.
